The financing, which was finalized at the end of July 2025, supports Zydus's growth strategy and aims to enhance its position in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. The public tender offer for Amplitude Surgical was approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 25 September 2025, allowing for a simplified public tender offer that may lead to a squeeze-out if certain conditions are met.
