Morris Law acted as legal advisor to the sellers of the Swedish software company Programekonomi in its sale to the Norwegian-based company Aritma. The acquisition allows Aritma to enhance its position within Microsoft’s ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central in the Nordic region and to further develop its platform for bank integration and automation of financial processes. Aritma is owned by the Dutch private equity firm Main Capital. Programekonomi is known for Swebase, one of Sweden’s most widely used add-on solutions for Business Central, which is Microsoft’s cloud-based ERP solution for medium-sized companies.
