The collaboration aims to introduce GRAIL’s GalleriⓇ multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test to key Asian markets, with SCT and SEC committing to invest US$110 million into GRAIL at a share price of US$70.05. Additionally, GRAIL secured US$325 million in private placement financing through a securities purchase agreement with both new and existing institutional investors.
