The transaction involved the refinancing of ADB Safegate's existing financial arrangements with new facilities, which included a multi-jurisdictional syndicated term loan B issuance, a revolving facility, and bank guarantee facilities. The Latham team was led by London finance partner Charles Armstrong, with additional support from Milan partner Paolo Bernasconi, Munich counsel Rainer Adlhart, and associates Corrie Eames, Mark Walker, Liam Feng, and Isuri De Alwis.
