"Travers Smith has advised Ancala Partners on acquiring an additional 47.1% stake in Liverpool John Lennon Airport from The Peel Group, increasing Ancala's total ownership to 94.2%. Liverpool City Council retains a 5.8% interest in the airport. The transaction was led by Infrastructure M&A Partner Jonathan Walters, with support from other team members. This follows Ancala's recent acquisition of 300 telecom towers in Ireland."
