In a recent transaction, the law firm CMS Wistrand assisted Zendr and its owners in securing investment to support their growth initiatives. The investment will enable Zendr to accelerate its expansion across the Nordics and wider Europe, further develop its platform, and drive growth through strategic acquisitions. Founded in 2020, Zendr has rapidly scaled from just two employees to a team of over 50, now serving more than 2,000 SME customers in Sweden.
