Verne is recognized as the leading provider of low-carbon high-performance data centers across the Nordics. This transaction aligns with the strategic priorities of both companies: for Glesys, it marks a significant step in expanding its cloud and IaaS services, thereby strengthening its market leadership in the Nordics and enhancing its ability to provide secure, energy-efficient, and scalable solutions in the region. For Verne, the acquisition allows for a more focused approach on delivering low-carbon, high-performance colocation services for AI and enterprise workloads. The transaction is pending approval from the relevant authorities.
