Gernandt & Danielsson has advised BlackRock on their acquisition and financing of a logistics property in Vaggeryd, Jönköping. The transaction involved the acquisition of shares in the property-owning company and includes the development and construction of a modern parcel terminal for the tenant PostNord. PostNord is investing SEK 1.1 billion in this high-tech and sustainable terminal, which will have the capacity to process 25,000 packages per hour, making it the highest capacity terminal in Sweden. The completion of the parcel terminal is anticipated in Q2 2027.
