LCA supported TeamSystem with legal due diligence and contract negotiations, while Advant Nctm assisted Normo.ai with legal and corporate aspects of the sale. TeamSystem also engaged KPMG for financial and tax due diligence. This acquisition aligns with TeamSystem's strategic goal to enhance its AI offerings to support the digitalization and competitiveness of Italian professionals and SMEs. According to a Kantar survey, over 84% of businesses recognize the growing impact of AI on consultants and accountants, with around 60% willing to share more data for personalized, high-value services.
