DLA Piper has advised Grupo Grabalfa, a company specializing in pre-printing services for packaging, on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Plásticos Francés, a leading manufacturer and distributor of plastic materials. This transaction marks Grupo Grabalfa's third acquisition in two years, following the purchases of Flexgal in Galicia in 2024 and Euroflexo in Andalusia in 2023, both of which were also supported by the DLA Piper team.
