Kinetic Advantage, an independent automotive floorplan financing company, secured a strategic investment from global investment firm Carlyle, along with a multi-year forward flow commitment aimed at enhancing Kinetic's origination capacity and access to innovative floorplan financing solutions for US dealers. The transaction was spearheaded by Carlyle Asset-Backed Finance, a division within Carlyle’s Global Credit platform.
