DLA Piper and Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici participated in the transaction, assisting Terna and Areti, respectively. The transaction involved Terna, a company controlled by Acea for the distribution of electricity, completing the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of a vehicle wholly owned by Areti, which owns part of the high-voltage infrastructure of the Acea Group in the metropolitan area of Rome.
