Osborne Clarke assisted the CAP Group in relation to a green financing transaction amounting to 100 million euros provided by the European Investment Bank (EIB). The financing is aimed at implementing the 2025-2030 investment plan for the rehabilitation of water infrastructure and wastewater treatment in the metropolitan area of Milan. The project consists of 29 investment components within the company's service area and complies with the green loan principles and the EIB's criteria for climate action and environmental sustainability.
