"CLP2, a company backed by Carisma and the Loro Piana family, along with Fil Bros Equity Partners GmbH and key managers, has acquired a majority stake in Cantiere delle Marche, a yacht builder based in Ancona. Founded in 2010, the company specializes in explorer yachts and has been operating globally since 2015. Following the acquisition, CLP2 has solidified its majority ownership, while the existing management team will continue in their roles. Poggi & Associati provided advisory services for the transaction."

The law firm Poggi & Associati acted as advisors in the transaction, assisting CLP2, Fil Bros Equity Partners GmbH, and the management team of Cantiere delle Marche. In this transaction, CLP2, a vehicle participated by Carisma of Giovanni Cagnoli and a holding of the Loro Piana family, along with Fil Bros Equity Partners GmbH, managed by entrepreneur Tom Schröder, and the management team consisting of co-founders Ennio Cecchini and Vasco Buonpensiere, as well as CFO Gianfranco Caltabiano, acquired a majority stake in Cantiere delle Marche. Founded in 2010 and based in Ancona, Cantiere delle Marche has been a global builder of explorer yachts since 2015. Following the transaction, CLP2 consolidated its participation, obtaining the majority of the share capital, while the managers will continue in their roles, with Ennio Cecchini serving as president and the others as delegated advisors. The team from Poggi & Associati included equity partner Emanuele Gnugnoli, salary partner Massimo Castiglioni, lawyer Marella Lavarone, and for financial and tax aspects, accountant Tommaso Sacchi.
