Jack in the Box Sells Del Taco Holdings to Yadav Enterprises for $115 Million

In a recent transaction, the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell (S&C) provided legal assistance to Jack in the Box in the sale of its subsidiary, Del Taco Holdings, to Yadav Enterprises. Jack in the Box agreed to sell Del Taco Holdings, which operates and franchises over 550 Del Taco restaurants, for $115 million in cash. This strategic move allows Jack in the Box to focus on its core operations while Yadav Enterprises expands its portfolio, which includes various franchise restaurants and brands.
