Hogan Lovells Advises DCH on Majority Stake Sale in 92MWp Agrivoltaic Projects to DRI

The legal teams involved included Hogan Lovells for DCH and Legance for DRI, with various partners and associates contributing to corporate, administrative, and regulatory aspects of the deal."

Hogan Lovells assisted DCH, an independent energy producer, in the agreement for the sale of a majority stake in two agrivoltaic projects with a total capacity of 92MWp to DRI, which was assisted by Legance – Avvocati Associati. The transaction involves the sale of a majority interest in agrivoltaic projects that, once completed, will generate approximately 195,000 MWh of renewable energy annually, covering the energy needs of around 75,000 families and preventing the emission of over 54,200 tons of CO₂ into the atmosphere. The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Luca Picone, with senior associate Francesco De Michele and trainee Piermaurizio Francesconi focusing on corporate aspects, and counsel Emanuela Cocco handling administrative law matters.
