Muñoz de Toro Abogados and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as legal advisors in connection with the issuance of Class 2 Negotiable Obligations by ARCOR, one of Argentina’s leading food production companies. Muñoz de Toro Abogados advised ARCOR, while Bruchou & Funes de Rioja served as the legal advisor to the placement agents involved in the transaction. The transaction involved the issuance of Negotiable Obligations with a nominal value of US$100,000,000 under the Simplified Frequent Issuer Regime. These obligations will mature 12 months from the issue and settlement date, which is set for October 6, 2026, and will bear a fixed annual nominal interest rate of 5.90% on the outstanding principal, with the principal repaid in a single payment at maturity. The obligations have been rated “ML A-1ar” by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo and are listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos, authorized for trading on A3 Mercados, and eligible through Euroclear Bank and/or Clearstream Banking Société Anonyme.
