GSI Attorney Partnership reportedly provided legal advice to SASA Polyester Sanayi. The transaction involved an accelerated bookbuild that raised approximately USD 142 million, with HSBC Bank serving as the sole global coordinator and bookrunner. Following the completion of the sale, Erdemoglu Holding continues to be the majority shareholder of SASA Polyester Sanayi, a company that manufactures specialty polymers and chemicals for textiles, medical parts, and packaging materials.
