"Eversheds Sutherland Poland has assisted the Foreign Expansion Fund 2 FIZAN of Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. in securing debt financing for Recykl Invest sp. z o.o. to acquire stakes in two waste management companies located in Kaunas, Lithuania, and Wernigerode, Germany.
