The bonds, which bear an interest rate of 3.750% per annum, are intended to finance or refinance a portfolio of eligible green assets and capital expenditures as defined in Klépierre's Green Financing Framework. These bonds are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris and will mature on 30 September 2037, marking the longest tenor for a European REIT in the euro debt capital markets since 2022.
