Areim Divests Ten Light Industrial Properties to Hines European Property Partners

"Wigge has assisted Areim in selling ten light industrial properties in Gothenburg, Greater Stockholm, and Uppsala to Hines European Property Partners. The properties, totaling around 28,000 square meters and 94% leased, are strategically located. Following this divestment, Areim's light industrial portfolio now includes approximately 70 properties with a total area of 337,000 square meters. The transaction was completed on October 16, 2025."

Wigge & Partners advised Areim in their divestment of ten properties within the light industrial sector to Hines European Property Partners. The transaction involved the sale of properties located in Gothenburg, Greater Stockholm, and Uppsala, comprising approximately 28,000 square meters of lettable area, which are currently 94 percent leased. Following this divestment, Areim's light industrial portfolio now includes around 70 properties with a total lettable area of approximately 337,000 square meters.
