YPOG and Cooley LLP participated in the transaction, advising Cherry Ventures on its investment in the Berlin-based startup Dash0. On October 16, 2025, Cherry Ventures, alongside Accel and Dig Ventures, completed a Series A financing round, investing a total of EUR 35 million in Dash0, a startup focused on automating security processes for developer teams. The funding will be used to further develop Dash0's product, integrate new features for automated security analysis, and expand its team, particularly in engineering and product management, while also accelerating its international expansion.
