DLA Piper Advises STORE Capital on $625 Million Long-Term Fixed-Rate Notes Issuance

DLA Piper participated in a transaction advising STORE Capital LLC, a leader in middle market real estate capital and net lease solutions. The transaction involved STORE Capital's issuance of US$625 million of long-term fixed-rate notes, marking the fourteenth note issuance under STORE’s Master Funding debt program, which is a proprietary structured debt financing vehicle. The DLA Piper deal team was co-led by Partners David Lewis (Phoenix) and Andrew Sroka (Boston), with Partner Katie Philippart LaKoma (Chicago) leading the REIT and tax matters. The team also included Of Counsel Paul Myers, and Associates Matthew Epstein and Vincent Schiavoni.
