TPG Acquires Irth Solutions, Expanding Its Portfolio in Energy and Infrastructure Software

Irth Solutions, a prominent provider of enterprise software for critical energy and infrastructure companies, has been acquired by TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm. The acquisition was executed through TPG Growth, the firm’s middle market and growth equity platform, and was completed with the involvement of Blackstone Energy Transition Partners. The legal team from Latham & Watkins LLP included Stelios Saffos, who serves as the Global Chair of the Capital Markets Practice, along with partners Peter Sluka, Marcela Ruenes, and Brian Rock, who provided advice on uniform commercial code matters.
