The transaction involved Cove Hill Partners making an investment exceeding $300 million in Vantaca, which was valued at $1.25 billion. The founding management team of Vantaca will continue to lead the company's strategy and operations as it embarks on its next phase of growth. The Weil team was led by Private Equity partners Robert Rizzo and Emily Willey. They were supported by Private Equity associates Anna Gamayunov, Lydia Cuddeback, Hayden Carlson, and Matt Biondolillo.
