Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP advised Lee Equity Partners in the closing of a $1.6 billion recapitalization of McLarens Global Limited. The transaction allows existing shareholders of McLarens Global Limited, the largest provider of technical insurance claims services in the complex commercial insurance claims market, to choose between receiving liquidity or remaining invested.
