Hogan Lovells has advised AMG Critical Materials N.V. on the sale of Graphit Kropfmühl GmbH to Asbury Carbons, Inc. The transaction marks the completion of AMG's exit from the natural graphite business, uniting two market leaders in carbon solutions. Following the repurchase of a 40% minority stake in Graphit Kropfmühl GmbH earlier in the year, the sale is now subject to customary closing conditions.
