GBSAPRI Signs Binding Agreements to Acquire Alco Gestione Rischi, Expanding Presence in Oil & Gas Insurance Brokerage

In a recent transaction, the law firms involved were Chiomenti, which assisted GBSAPRI, and Deloitte Legal, which represented the sellers, Alco Gestione Rischi. GBSAPRI, an independent Italian group specializing in insurance brokerage and risk management, has signed binding agreements to acquire Alco Gestione Rischi, a broker active in Central Italy and specialized in the oil and gas sector. The closing of the transaction is expected by the end of 2025. The Chiomenti team assisting GBSAPRI was led by Francesca Villa, along with Francesca Zimmardi and Francesco Iapoce. On the other side, Deloitte Legal represented the sellers with a team led by Andrea Sciortino and Federico Michelini, alongside Giulia Crisanti and Domiziana Stradiotti.
