In a recent transaction, BDV advised Renters.pl on its acquisition of Irundo–Short Term Rentals, while Kusalic represented the sellers. Renters.pl, a portfolio company of Enterprise Investors, manages over 5,000 apartments across Poland, and the addition of Irundo, a Croatian short-term rentals company, enhances its market presence.
