Oriental InfraTrust Acquires 100% Stake in Rajiv – Chowk (Sohna) Highway

"Oriental InfraTrust has acquired a 100% equity stake in Rajiv – Chowk (Sohna) Highway Private Limited, which manages a hybrid annuity road asset from the National Highways Authority of India. The transaction was advised by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, led by partners Kushal Sinha and Dhrupad Pant."

In the recent transaction involving the divestment of a highway asset, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Oriental Structural Engineers Private Limited, while Oriental InfraTrust was the acquiring party. Oriental Structural Engineers has divested its 100% equity stake in Rajiv – Chowk (Sohna) Highway Private Limited, which holds a hybrid annuity road asset awarded by the National Highways Authority of India, to Oriental InfraTrust. The transaction team from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas was led by Partners Kushal Sinha and Dhrupad Pant, with support from Principal Associate Paulose Abraham and Associates Pratyush Gupta and Abhishek Choudhary.
