In a recent transaction, the law firm Kirkland & Ellis advised Awager Ltd., a portfolio company backed by Oaktree, in its agreement to be acquired by Aristocrat Leisure Limited. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and follows Kirkland's previous advisory role for Oaktree during its acquisition of Awager in June 2023.
