Rockpoint Gas Storage Inc. successfully closed its upsized initial public offering, issuing 32,000,000 class “A” common shares at a price of C$22.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately C$704,000,000. Additionally, the underwriters fully exercised their option to acquire an extra 4,800,000 Class A Shares, generating further gross proceeds of about C$105,600,000.
