The transaction involved a comprehensive restructuring plan that included a necessary debt waiver, an equity capital reduction, and the granting of a restructuring loan to secure financing for the Mynaric Group during the restructuring period. The process was technically complex due to the international structure of the Mynaric Group, the listing of Mynaric AG shares, and the inclusion of loan liabilities from a US subsidiary in the restructuring plan and debt-equity swap.
