The transaction involved Cencora, a leading pharmaceutical solutions organization with operations in over 50 countries, acquiring NextPharma Logistics, a provider of pre-wholesaling and logistics services for pharmaceutical and animal health clients, operating from facilities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
