In a recent transaction, Dentons and Bird & Bird provided legal assistance to PKO Bank Polski and Obton, respectively. Dentons advised PKO Bank Polski on securing up to approximately PLN 176 million in financing for the construction of a portfolio of 72 photovoltaic farms across Poland, which will have a total connection capacity of around 75 megawatts. The Dentons team comprised Partners Tomasz Zwolinski and Christian Schnell, Counsels Aleksander Haleniuk and Maciej Ziolkowski, and Associates Krzysztof Chlebowski, Gracjan Bielawski, Aleksandra Pedzich, and Bartlomiej Ksiazek.
