In a recent transaction, Dentons advised Swiss Life Select Slovensko on its acquisition of Slovak independent financial agent MPS Modern Insurance Services, while Boehm Partners reportedly advised MPS. The acquisition is part of Swiss Life Select’s strategy to expand its presence in Slovakia and enhance its financial intermediation services. With a focus on financial planning that includes asset management, investments, mortgages, life insurance, and pensions, the addition of MPS brings valuable non-life insurance expertise, such as property coverage for SMEs, insurance solutions for towns and municipalities, and large industrial risk solutions, thereby broadening the service portfolio for both corporate and individual clients.
