The transaction highlights LevelBlue's strategic expansion into the cybersecurity sector, with Cybereason recognized for its advanced Extended Detection and Response platform, elite threat intelligence team, and digital forensics and incident response capabilities. Additionally, SoftBank Corp., SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Liberty Strategic Capital will become investors in LevelBlue, reflecting strong confidence in the company's long-term strategy and vision.
