Kirkland & Ellis advised Shore Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago, on the successful close of its sixth Shore Capital Healthcare Partners Fund and its second Shore Search Partners Fund. The transaction involved raising approximately $850 million in capital commitments across the two funds, contributing to a total of nearly $1.3 billion raised by Shore Capital in 2025, following the close of the Shore Capital Food & Beverage Partners Fund III in July.
