Osborne Clarke has advised several investors, including existing investor firstminute capital, in connection with the Series C funding round of Berlin-based n8n GmbH. In this transaction, n8n raised USD 180 million in a Series C funding round, just six months after closing its Series B financing round. The round was led by Accel and included participation from Meritech, Redpoint, Evantic, Visionaries Club, as well as corporate investors NVentures (NVIDIA) and T.Capital (Deutsche Telekom). Existing investors, including Sequoia, also participated. Following this funding round, n8n's valuation increased to USD 2.5 billion, solidifying its position as one of the fastest-growing companies in Germany.
