CMS Advises Beka Financial Markets on Sale of Stakes to CIMD Group

"CMS has advised Beka Financial Markets Holdings on the sale of its stakes in Beka Credit, Beka Titulización, and Beka Asset Management to Grupo CIMD as part of the integration process between CIMD Intermoney and Beka. The operation was led by Corporate/M&A partner Ignacio Zarzalejos and associate Ana Vázquez, with contributions from various legal experts in Corporate, Tax, Banking, Financial, and Labor law."

CMS advised Beka Financial Markets Holdings in the sale of its stakes in Beka Credit, Beka Titulización, and Beka Asset Management to Grupo CIMD (Corretaje e Información Monetaria y de Divisas, S.A.) as part of the integration process between CIMD Intermoney and Beka. The transaction was led by Corporate / M&A partner Ignacio Zarzalejos, alongside associate Ana Vázquez from the same area. Additionally, lawyers Jorge Peris, Itziar Martínez-Pardo, and Alejandra Núñez from the Corporate / M&A team participated in the operation. From the Tax department, partner Ricardo Héctor was involved, along with lawyers Marta Burgos, Isabel Montes, and Baldomero Fernández-Reyes. The Banking and Finance sector was represented by partner Ricardo Plasencia and lawyers Raquel García and Julia Moreno. Lastly, Labor partner Pablo Gutiérrez, along with lawyers Anna de las Cuevas and Juan Egea, also contributed to the transaction.
