On October 14, 2025, Dentons participated in a transaction advising TD Synnex, a prominent distributor and solutions aggregator in the IT ecosystem, on its acquisition of the audiovisual and gaming divisions of Exclusive Networks Poland. The transaction aims to enhance TD Synnex’s presence in the Polish market by expanding its distribution network and diversifying its product offerings. The completion of the deal is contingent upon obtaining merger clearance approval. The Dentons team included Managing Counsel Marcin Paliwoda, Senior Associate Beata Błaż, and Associate Marcin Urbański, all from the M&A practice in Warsaw.
