In a recent transaction, JSA Advocates & Solicitors represented YES Bank Limited in a financing deal involving the First Energy group. The transaction entails a sanction of ₹519.12 crore for the financing of a 58.90 MW wind power project in Tamil Nadu and an 11.50 MW solar power project in Maharashtra, both developed by project companies of the First Energy group. The JSA team that worked on this deal was led by Partner Karan Mitroo, with support from Partner Purvi Dabbiru, Principal Associate Samarth Sharma, Associates Shantanu Awasthi and Harsh Dugar, and Paralegals Vristi Garg and Supriya Saxena.
