"A Noerr team, led by Carmen Böhn and Georg Schneider, has advised FRAMOS on forming a joint venture with Japan's Restar Corporation. This partnership, effective October, allows RESTAR FRAMOS Technologies to distribute SONY image sensors and displays in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. The strategic shift will enable FRAMOS to concentrate more on developing imaging products and customized image processing solutions."

In a recent transaction, the law firm Noerr advised FRAMOS GmbH, a developer and distributor of imaging systems, on its strategic development of a joint venture with Japan’s Restar Corporation. As part of this transaction, RESTAR FRAMOS Technologies (formerly ViMOS Technologies) has taken over the distribution of SONY image sensors and displays in Europe, the Middle East, and North America, effective October. This strategic realignment of the joint venture will enable FRAMOS to concentrate more on developing imaging products and customized image processing solutions.
