Greenberg Traurig and CMS participated in a transaction involving EPP and mBank, with Greenberg Traurig advising EPP on the financing for a rooftop solar photovoltaic portfolio and CMS advising mBank on the partial financing. The transaction involves the construction of a solar energy project that will be implemented across 13 shopping centers managed by EPP in Poland. The project aims to reduce reliance on conventional energy sources and lower carbon emissions, aligning with EPP's decarbonization strategy. The financing is partially provided through an investment loan from mBank, and the project is being executed in collaboration with Sunbird Solar Solutions.
