"Allen Overy Shearman Sterling has advised Bank Pekao on the issuance of EUR 500 million in green senior preferred notes with a 3.500% interest rate, maturing in 2032. The issuance, managed by BNP Paribas, Bank of America, ING, Nomura, and Bank Pekao, qualifies for MREL and supports financing for eligible green projects. The notes will initially pay a fixed rate before transitioning to a floating rate if not redeemed early.
