In a recent transaction, law firms Selih & Partnerji and Nirris advised ZDR Investments on its acquisition of LOGspot Logatec from Atrios Group, while Law Firm Svetina represented the sellers. The acquisition involves a logistics property located between Ljubljana and the Port of Koper, featuring a leasable area of 27,820 square meters. This property marks the largest addition to the ZDR Industrial fund to date and is recognized for its sustainability with a BREEAM certificate at the 'Very Good' level.
