Greenberg Traurig has advised Ghelamco Group company Kemberton in a recent transaction involving the issuance of PLN 120 million bonds. The proceeds from this new bond issue were utilized to redeem a portion of the PLN 170 million Ghelamco Invest bonds that were held by retail and institutional investors, which are set to mature on September 29, 2025.
