Latham & Watkins Advises on Major Bond Transactions Across Asia-Pacific Region

"Latham & Watkins has recently advised on several significant bond and liability management transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, highlighting its expertise in Debt Capital Markets. Notably, Latham advised Nickel Industries on its US$800 million senior notes offering and concurrent tender offer for existing notes. Petron Corporation's issuance of US$475 million in senior perpetual capital securities was also facilitated by Latham, along with San Miguel Global Power's issuance of US$515 million in similar securities.
