Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE) and Brookfield have announced a US$5 billion strategic partnership aimed at developing AI infrastructure globally. This partnership marks Brookfield’s first investment in its dedicated AI Infrastructure strategy, focusing on large AI factories, power solutions, compute infrastructure, and strategic capital partnerships. Brookfield plans to invest up to US$5 billion to deploy Bloom’s advanced fuel cell technology for AI factories worldwide. The legal team from Latham & Watkins LLP involved in this transaction includes partners James Garrett, Justin T.
