Abreu Advogados participated in the transaction by advising Grupo Revive, a Belgian real estate investment platform, in their joint venture with Grupo Mome. The transaction involves the acquisition and redevelopment of an industrial site in the Porto region, specifically in Amial, which spans an area of 11,884 m² with a gross construction area of 33,410 m². The goal of this joint venture is to transform the site into a sustainable, mixed-use urban neighborhood. Abreu Advogados played a crucial role in designing and negotiating all transactional documentation, providing support throughout the project lifecycle, including real estate due diligence, regulatory analysis, project management, and sales management agreements. The Abreu Advogados team advising Grupo Revive was led by partner Maria Santa Martha, alongside partners Susana A. Duarte and Tiago Leote Cravo.
